      Hi, My name is Sally. I am here to introduce myself as a ZUMBA instructor.

      I have been dancing since I was a little kid and gradually I became a professional dancer, however I attained my BA in Sport science and physical education.

      I have many years work experience as a dance instructor across the world including London, Dubai and Paris.
      In order to experience that I have achieved in dance filed it really helped to become a Professional ZUMBA instructor, so let me give you a brief description about ZUMBA which I really love it.

      Basically ZUMBA is a mixture of dance and fitness program which you can take advantage for both sides. ZUMBA is for everybody regardless of age and gender and is very easy to learn and so exciting which you really can enjoy once you get involve with it. For start you don’t need to have any dance background while all you need is passion and a little bit smile on your lips!

      ZUMBA helps you to make yourself fit and burns a lot of calories during the time that you are doing ZUMBA!

Corey has developed his own unique style of incorporating martial arts technique with self defense move- ments, fat blasting cardio, core and balance training.
