      Corey Jacoby has been training in martial arts since the age of three. He holds a 7th degree black belt in Tae kwon Do and a 6th degree black belt in Kempo Karate and is also a trained boxer and kick boxer who has studied under some of the best instructors in the world such

      Corey Jacoby has been training in martial arts since the age of three. He holds a 7th degree black belt in Tae kwon Do and a 6th degree black belt in Kempo Karate and is also a trained boxer and kick boxer who has studied under some of the best instructors in the world such as Benny the Jet. Corey is a former world champion as well as creator of a woman’s self de- fense program called The Danger Zone which won the Ages Award for best technical and educational video in 1998. Corey is a passionate instructor with 30+ years of martial arts and fitness training. He specializes in kick boxing and has been training professional fighters as well as amateurs for many years. Corey has developed his own unique style of incorporating martial arts technique with self defense move- ments, fat blasting cardio, core and balance training. His classes are good for students of all levels as he gives individual instruction in a dynamic group setting.
